We are now looking for a Site Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role
As our Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects on-site.
Leading health and safety, you will carry out risk assessments, manage site security, ensure compliance with waste management policies, and oversee contractor safety procedures.
You will also compile and maintain essential project documentation, including Construction Phase Plans, risk registers, and health and safety files.
Additionally, you will:
- Manage the overall project plan and ensure deliverables are met
- Ensure effective communication with tenants and stakeholders
- Manage external contractors and delivery partners
- Oversee quality control and ensure subcontractors meet compliance standards
- Complete site diaries, accident and incident reports, and monthly valuations
- Ensure all site visitors are inducted and comply with health and safety procedures
About You
To be considered as our Site Manager, you will need:
- A minimum of five years site management experience
- The ability to analyse complex information and drawings
- The ability to manage and deliver projects with strong attention to detail
- Commercial awareness
- An SMSTS and/or CSCS qualification
The successful candidate must have a current and acceptable DBS check or be willing to undertake one.
