LSH Auto is seeking a proactive and organised Site Coordinator to join our team at the Solihull location. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our dealership, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
As a Site Coordinator, your main duties will include coordinating site activities and liaising between departments. You will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience and supporting the overall team dynamics.
Hours - 45
Salary - £27,261
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordination of daily operations and schedules for various teams.
* Maintaining records and documentation related to site activities.
* Liaising with customers and internal departments to ensure seamless communication.
* Assisting in organising events and site meetings.
* Managing inventory and supplies necessary for operations.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the automotive or retail sector.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* A customer-focused attitude and willingness to assist team members.
