The successful applicant will take on the role of supporting the children with their learning, developing their independence and nurturing them to become confident and self-motivated learners. There will be HLTA responsibilties in the afternoon. The successful candidate will be reliable, enthusiastic and committed to children's learning. They must be able to demonstrate the ability to use their own initiative, have excellent behaviour management skills and a flexible approach to their work.
