Job Description
* Provide debt management advice to clients in a respectful and understanding manner.
* Develop personalised debt management plans in accordance with client's financial situation.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
* Work collaboratively with the customer service team to ensure seamless client support.
* Liaise with external agencies as necessary to assist in debt resolution.
* Keep abreast of changes in debt management policies and regulations.
* Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
* Uphold the values and mission of the non-profit sector.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Debt Management Case Worker should have:
* Proven expertise in a customer service role, preferably within the non-profit sector.
* Excellent knowledge of debt management strategies and financial counselling.
* Strong communication skills to deliver complex information in a clear and empathetic manner.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
