In this role, you will contribute to the delivery and support of Supplier Management, providing crucial data to stakeholders to support their decision-making. You will work collaboratively within a large team to ensure the timely delivery of outputs for our front-line customers. This fast-paced role involves significant customer engagement, allowing you to gain experience and skills in stakeholder management and both written and verbal communication. You will assist in delivering in-service support to ensure the customers capability, equipment, or service continues to meet availability, reliability, sustainability, and safety requirements. You will ensure compliance with relevant legislation, statutory regulations, MoD policies and standards, and SDA Business Management System processes. What youll be doing Assisting with the day-to-day management of the delivery of in-service support within area of responsibility, according to the customer requirements, delivery plan, support solution, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), governance and reporting requirements. Assisting with the monitoring and analysing data to track that customer KPIs are met, supports the interpretation of data and management information to identify trends, risks and issues, and aids performance report collation as required. Assisting with the management of risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies and communicating changes to stakeholders. Ensuring compliance with the Defence Logistics Framework and on other Ministry of Defence regulations. Utilising Ministry of Defence Logistics Information Systems to provide data on request. Engaging with internal and external stakeholders as required on matters related to stores availability to customers. Producing stock data to enable customers and stakeholders to plan essential maintenance of submarines.
