Salary: £40,475 to £43,693 per year
Location: YPO, 41 Industrial Park, Wakefield, WF2 0XE
Contract: Permanent, Full-time, 37 hours per week

YPO are looking to welcome an experienced IT and Business Change Project Manager to join our Business Change team. This is an exciting role, which involved working within an established successful delivery team. This role creates opportunities to develop skillsets by supporting the delivery of wide-ranging transformational projects within the YPO Digital Transformation Portfolio.

The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with experience in managing complex projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Your focus will be on delivering results and driving meaningful change across multiple simultaneous projects.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need excellent organisational skills and a flexible approach to managing workload. You will demonstrate the ability to matrix-manage project teams with strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels, from Project Sponsors to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
You’ll mentor and support colleagues through departmental transitions, clearly presenting ideas and guiding teams successfully through complex processes and change. There will also be the opportunity to work with the wider Senior Leadership team to facilitate the delivery of the wider Portfolio which supports the delivery of the 5-year digital strategy.
Essential Skills:
1. PRINCE2 or a similar recognised qualification
2. Degree level education or equivalent experience
3. Experience working as a Project Manager within a similar role
4. Strong knowledge of project management best practices (PRINCE2/Agile)
5. An understanding of business change, change management, software development, infrastructure, and application implementation
6. Proficiency in MS Office, including SharePoint, Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
