Key Account Specialist
Location: Ipswich, UK
Reports to: Team Leader ONECare Sales
Division: Liner - UK Division
As a Key Account Specialist, you are the service owner for Key Accounts either within a defined scope or for named Key Accounts.
Responsibilities:
1. You will safeguard the delivery of premium services which we wish to consistently provide to our key accounts by executing services per contracts and providing efficient solutions proactively, thereby meeting ONE’s service KPI’s.
2. You will act as an escalation point for cases that cannot be resolved by our Customer Care team. You will also support Key Account Executives by providing insights into service performance, quality as well as other valuable data.
3. Should there be no Key Account Support for an account assigned to you, you will assist with Tender Management and Spot Rate enquiry where self-service can’t cover.
4. You will support ONE’s digital transformation by utilizing and promoting our e-commerce platform and our self-service tools as applicable and relevant to your tasks and responsibilities.
Skills, Qualifications & Expertise:
1. Be able to actively cooperate with stakeholders in a highly professional and efficient manner whilst meeting the high service expectations of our Key Accounts.
2. Shipping Experience is preferred.
3. Familiar with Google platforms / Excel / Gmail / PowerPoint.
4. Telephone sales as well as occasional F2F Sales.
5. Willingness to travel both internally and externally.
