We are hiring a Change Program Manager to help play a critical role in delivering strategic business projects that support the continued growth of Unum. This role is integral to overseeing a portfolio of projects across the pillar, ensuring that each initiative is appropriately resourced and aligned to delivery timelines by applying the most suitable project methodology. The successful candidate will take a proactive approach to planning, leading, organising and motivating multiple agile-based project teams. Your expertise in resource allocation, budget management, and performance tracking will be crucial in driving project success. Additionally, your ability to adapt plans in response to evolving risk profiles will be vital in maintaining project integrity and momentum as well as coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives We are particularly keen to hear from candidates who bring expertise in data-focused initiatives or digital transformation programmes. You will bring a proven track record of successfully delivering complex business projects using Agile methodologies and be confident operating at a high strategic level. As a highly collaborative and energetic team player, you will demonstrate flexibility, diplomacy, persistence and drive. You will be comfortable with ambiguity, open to change and thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
