We are currently recruiting for an HR Advisor to join our global law firm client on an initial 12 month contract, to support the people strategy and day to day employee lifecycle operations, providing an exemplary advisory service. This will be a varied and business facing role advising managers and employees on all aspects of HR, including policy, process and employee relations.
The Role:
* Offer support to the full employee lifecycle for fee earner and business support populations.
* Advise managers on employee relations cases to proactively manage, disciplinaries, grievances, and redundancies in line with legislation and policies.
* Provide support to HR Business Partners, collaborating on casework, identifying trends through analysis, developing proactive solutions and mitigating risk to the business.
* Supports the delivery of people projects, HR calendar activities, and continuously review and update HR policies and processes.
* Assist with HR administration tasks, to ensure seamless processes, tracking updates and progress, as well as monitoring HR inbox.
* Collaborate with the HR operations team on the employee lifecycle and system administration, ensuring accuracy and quality of data and reporting.
