Role: Sales Administrator
Location: Office-based in the West Midlands
About the Role:
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of operations. You’ll be at the heart of our sales process, liaising with customers and dealers to arrange viewings, collection times, and assisting with document management. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will ensure our internal compliance records are kept up-to-date and that our customers receive a top-tier experience every step of the way.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong IT skills: Comfortable working with internal systems and Microsoft Office.
* Meticulous attention to detail: Accuracy is key, and you’ll be able to keep on top of complex tasks with ease.
* Fantastic communication: A friendly telephone manner is essential for liaising with both customers and dealers.
* Organized & Structured: You’ll have great time management skills and know how to prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
Experience in office administration, clerical work, or customer service would be highly beneficial.
