A notable client of ours, a boutique consultancy in Dubai, is looking to work with a mid to senior level Corporate Lawyer on an ad-hoc, remote, consultancy basis. Lawyers should have the capacity to commit to between 10-20 hours per week on an ongoing basis. This is a non-exclusive consultancy arrangement so can run alongside other consultancy streams. Our client has a superb reputation across the GCC region and are working on a number of significant projects across the region. The successful corporate consultant can therefore expect to be involved in work of the highest calibre. The work will likely involve a range of corporate and commercial agreements to involve shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements and some share or asset purchase agreements. The successful corporate lawyer will possess upwards of 7 years' PQE and have gained recent experience from leading international law firms. KSA experience/exposure will be of notable interest but is not essential. This opportunity will be well suited to corporate lawyers who work on a consultancy and/or contract basis and have the capacity to accept further work.
