Integral UK Ltd is currently recruiting for an exciting role at 78 St James Street. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of pre-planned and reactive maintenance activities, including but not limited to the statutory responsibilities of the property and reporting on issues identified by client consultants or insurers via the Riskwise or Vantify systems.
The Supervisor will work closely with and contribute ideas to the Contract Delivery Manager and deputise for them in their absence. They will also establish a strong relationship with the General Manager for the property and the soft services teams.
Role Requirements:
* Experience working with Low Voltage Authorised Person (LVAP) systems, including hands-on application in operational environments.
* Proven experience in the maintenance, operation, or installation of cooling towers, with a good understanding of related systems and processes.
* Awareness of Legionella control (L8) standards, with at least 2 years of practical experience applying these principles.
* Proficiency in Building Management Systems (BMS), with at least 2 years' experience using BMS software for monitoring and controlling building systems.
* Electrical bias with strong knowledge of mechanical/HVAC systems.
* Experience working in high-profile properties.
* Understanding of SFG20 standards.
* Confined space awareness.
* Qualifications suitable for the role.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Ensure adherence to all Integral and Client Health and Safety Policies and procedures on site, consulting the Contract Manager for conflicts outside our Safe Systems of Work.
* Support the Contract Administrator in planning PPM labour, including out-of-hours work, scheduling reactive tasks, and ensuring the completion of all maintenance activities, including management of RAMS and Permits to Work.
* Ensure servicing records are maintained and recommendations addressed.
* Follow quality systems, ensuring preventative and remedial actions are taken as per the quality manual.
* Provide technical support to the team.
* Prepare quotations for additional works as needed.
* Supervise additional works on site, ensuring compliance with site requirements and Permit to Work procedures.
* Conduct regular site audits and resolve any exceptions found.
* Use nominated suppliers to ensure best purchasing practices.
* Comply with Integral's health, safety, and environmental procedures as outlined in the site plans.
* Deputise for CDM in KPI meetings or similar if required.
* Attend monthly WIP meetings to understand financial aspects of the contract as part of career development.
* Perform any other reasonable tasks requested by the CDM.
