Registered Supported Living Manager
Location: Carlisle
Salary: £45,000 per annum
Full Time:Permanent
TRC are working in partnership with a fantastic care provider on the recruitment of an experienced registered Supported Living manager. The service supports adults withlearning disabilities & challenging behaviours.
If you have experience of managing a learning disabilities & challenging behaviours service and knowledge of the Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations we would love to hear from you!
You will have direct management of a 6 bed service. You will manage staff teams providing support and regular supervisions, ensuring that the service is run in accordance with company vision and values.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To ensure that all statutory and legal obligations, are fulfilled across the business structure to the highest standard, promoting a culture of improvement and best practice at all times.
2. To ensure the highest level of care standards are upheld in line with the CQC.
3. To provide support for adults withLearning Disabilities & Challenging Behaviours
4. To Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory guidance.
