WHAT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS DO:
11. Inbound and outbound communications with customers through telephone / e-mail / chat / SMS / web-site
12. Provide top customer service to help our customers resolve their accounts and offer additional support
13. Understand our clients’ products and services to help find the best solutions for the customer
14. Update customer files with appropriate information in the multiple databases available, as required

We used to have a boring name (another in the large crowd of 3-letter acronyms) - it’s ok, we admit it - but over the years, our company’s unique heartbeat has come to the forefront and now we’re named after a fictional goose; talk about a turnaround!
We know it might be an unusual choice. But it was important to us that our name reflected the driving forces of our company and one of our central inspirations: our people, the way we work, and “The Gift of the Goose” (as described in Ken Blanchard’s 1997 business book Gung Ho).
