Job Description
Mane are looking for an experienced hands on, time served Electrical Field Engineer to join them on a long term project at an Energy plant in Cheshire.
You will have extensive experience within Electrical Instrumentation to be considered.
Our client are quickly expanding and working on some of the biggest projects in the UK. They are looking for an Electrical Engineer who can come on board and make movements.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the preparation of technical submittals with precision and accuracy.
* Co-ordinate builders' work drawings to ensure seamless project integration.
* Schedule and track project progress, maintaining control over deadlines and deliverables.
* Develop record drawings, ensuring all site changes and updates are accurately documented.
* Create and modify design drawings & cable schedules to meet project requirements.
* Implement alterations to working drawings based on site conditions and design revisions.
* Produce as-installed drawings and O&M manuals for project handover.
* Source, evaluate, and negotiate quotations & proposals for materials and equipment.
* Conduct technical & commercial analysis of supplier proposals to ensure best value.
* Enforce strict adherence to safety and quality standards, ensuring compliance at all times.
* Take responsibility for project profitability, optimizing efficiency and costs.
* Review project documentation, drawings, and calculations as required.
* Perform any other critical duties necessary to drive project success.
Candidate Profile:
This role demands a hands-on, time-served Electrical Engineer with a strong background in the industry. The ideal candidate will have the technical expertise and practical experience to hit the ground running, managing their workload with efficiency and precision. Strong problem-solving abilities, time management skills, and a proactive approach are essential.
Essential Requirements:
* Electrical trade background with a third-level qualification in Electrical Engineering.
* Proven track record of successfully coordinating projects.
* Minimum 3 years' experience as an Electrical Engineer in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and AutoCAD.
Desirable Skills:
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of liaising with multiple stakeholders.
* Ability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
* Experience working independently on large-scale construction projects.
* A strong construction background, understanding site dynamics and project lifecycles.
