Undertake all finishing operations onsite under the direction of the Site Manager, working to agreed completion and handover programmes.
Carry out handover inspections if required with clients and Sales Executives and ensure snagging works identified are completed within agreed time scales.
Liaising with the Site Manager to order materials as required to undertake making good of defects.
Previous experience is preferred but not essential. The role would suit a tradesperson who is seeking change and a new challenge.
