To make sure our colleagues are dealing effectively with anti-social behavior, domestic abuse and anything else in our communities that puts our customers at risk, we need a knowledgeable and supportive managers with expertise in the field of anti-social behaviour to lead the teams. That's where you come in. Your Role 1 x Community Safety Manager – South East Region with the main office in Bracknell 1 x Community Safety Manager – South West Region with the main office in Yeovil You'll oversee the delivery of key services that address domestic abuse and anti-social behaviour, putting the voice of the customer at the heart of all you do. You'll lead the team, ensuring they're skilled, highly performing and as committed as you are to delivering an exemplary customer service. A strong knowledge of the Housing sector, relevant legislation and our regulatory operating environment will be key along with experience of working in anti-social behaviour or a similar field so you can guide and support your team with complex cases. Experience of managing a team is desirable but not essential. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a huge difference in the lives of our customers and enable our communities and those within them to grow and thrive in safe and secure environments.
