CK International are looking for an individual with excellent customer service skills to take on an exciting role as a Parts Advisor. The main responsibility of this role is to provide timely and efficient support for the customer care operation whilst meeting end exceeding sales targets. You will be responsible for the Over Counter Sales Process/ dealing with customer requests for parts/raising quotes/getting p/o numbers & assisting with the packaging & dispatch process to customers. The Role: · Ability to use/open ZOHO tickets to raise jobs. · Order parts in line with operational needs and chase suppliers · Ownership and management of over counter sales process. · Identify correct parts with part numbers · Complete quotes for over counter sales · Sourcing parts for maintained equipment · Create sales order and hand over to parts department. The Person: · Previous parts or procurement experience (Desirable) · Ability to build rapport and positive relationships – working with the customer to build professional relationships to maximise sales opportunities and meet the customers’ needs · Ability to proactively source new potential supplier · Knowledge of waste recycling equipment (Desirable) · Excellent time management and communication skills · Excellent people and interpersonal skills · Basic understanding electrical and hydraulic schematics · Sound knowledge of MS Office and bespoke packages · Logical thinker with good analytical and problem-solving skills · Driving Licence · Valid Passport
