A leading accountancy that specializes in helping entrepreneurial, fast-growth businesses grow, become more tax efficient, and transform their culture is offering the opportunity for a PMO Manager to join their growing, dynamic team.
The PMO Manager will lead the implementation, management, and optimization of the workflow management tool, ensuring its successful integration into BAU operations. You'll also support broader business with implementation, change management, and keeping key stakeholders informed throughout projects and into BAU.
Responsibilities of the PMO Manager include:
* Oversee the entire implementation process, including system configuration, testing, and training
* Track tool performance and user engagement, identifying areas for optimization and additional automation opportunities
* Design and implement training programs and establish ongoing user support structures
* Regularly update leadership on project progress, risks, and key recommendations
* Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation effectively
Requirements of the PMO Manager include:
* Proven track record as a PMO Manager at a professional services firm
* Ability to adapt quickly to shifting decisions and committed to working hard to deliver results
* Strong experience in project management and implementing workflow tools
* Excellent leadership and team collaboration abilities
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
