ABOUT LAUNCHPAD
Set up by University of Reading students in 1979, Launchpad is now Reading's leading homelessness prevention charity, providing vital information and support for individuals, couples and families who don't have a stable place to live or are at risk of losing their home.
THE ROLE
As the HR Advisor and working under the guidance of the Head of HR, you will play a lead role in providing operational support as well as ensuring that all HR processes and solutions are efficiently and accurately administered. You will work proactively with colleagues across the organisation.
Your role as an HR Generalist will be multi-dimensional. You will undertake a wide range of HR administrative tasks, as well as providing support and guidance to managers across the whole range of activities. You will use our Human Resources Information System to ensure and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and will act as the main point of contact for employee queries on HR-related topics.
To be the successful appointee to this generalist role, you will have a broad knowledge and experience of the full range of HR functions. If you are passionate about HR, qualified to CIPD Level 5, and looking to develop your career, we look forward to hearing from you.
