I am working with the UK’s leading 100% Public Sector focused IT Solution and Service Provider, empowering and inspiring people to fulfil their potential, so they can help customers make smarter buying decisions and meet business objectives through technology. They work with numerous organisations to transform their current IT solution with cloud and hybrid infrastructures data, AI, security, and collaboration tools.
Hybrid role which is based 2 days out of their offices in Greater York.
Ensure all proposals are aligned with guidelines and bid management standards
• Gather and coordinate technical data from internal departments and stakeholders e.g. Operations, Commercial, and interpret the material for the target audience
• Work with the Bid team on specific projects and help to enrich the bid library
• Conduct in-depth customer research and peer reviews to gain a complete overview of each customer and the content produced
• Report directly to senior management with any business risks including that identified in RFP's.
Experience of writing and understanding bid and proposal documentation within IT services or solutions sector
• Public sector exposure - NHS/CCS/Local Government & Charity Non-profit
