Conference & Banqueting Manager
We are currently looking for an experienced conference & banqueting manager for an operational role within a beautiful venue to lead the events and front of house team to deliver impeccable events, weddings, and conferences.

The Place
Our client is one of the most exclusive 4* hotels in Berkshire boasting 92 stunning bedrooms, which have recently undergone refurbishment. They also have a beautiful, new wedding and events space surrounded by stunning grounds seating up to 500 guests.
The Person
The Conference & Banqueting Manager will have:
1. Experience in managing large scale conferences & events
2. Be a great communicator with experience leading a team
3. Impeccable standards of service with a passion for creating memorable weddings and events
4. A warm and friendly personality, with a flair for recognising and exceeding guest expectations
5. Strong leadership skills
6. Experience as a hospitality manager
7. Organised, well presented, and with an eye for detail
8. Live locally to Wokingham with own transport
You must be able to work evenings and weekends
