In this role, you will be working as part of the service team to ensure the optimal performance of equipment in the field.

The role of Service Engineer will be responsible for the following areas:
1. Perform routine maintenance, repair, and diagnosis of electrical transformers on client sites.
2. Install, replace, and upgrade transformer components, including circuit breakers, control panels, and switches.
3. Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide customised solutions for their transformer needs.
4. Assist in the development of service manuals, guides, and documentation to support customers and internal teams.
5. Conduct inspections, tests, and fault finding on transformer systems to identify and resolve issues or potential failures.

1. Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
2. Ability to work effectively in a high-paced and demanding environment.
3. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, equipment, and software applications.
4. Ability to read and work to electrical wiring diagrams.
5. Completed C&G 2391-52.
6. Completed C&G 2381-18.
7. Strong communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
8. Ability to travel and work on-site as needed.
