The Opportunity
As the Medical Affairs Global Brand Manager, you will lead program management activities for assigned products, Core Medical Teams (CMT), Core Medical Plans (CMP), Global Co-creation Teams (GCT), and Integrated Global Brand Plans (IGBP). You will collaborate with Medical Brand Leads to provide strategic guidance and ensure timely, budget-compliant execution of medical affairs tactics. You will also develop and refine processes to enhance organizational workflows and governance. You will be part of an inclusive team dedicated to developing innovative therapies for patients.

Key Activities
1. Lead and manage project activities for the global Core Medical Team, ensuring collaboration across regions.
2. Oversee the annual Core Medical Plan and budget, managing variances and communicating with leadership.
3. Coordinate with Medical Affairs Leadership and cross-functional teams to implement activities related to core teams and plans.
4. Support Business Development by evaluating licensing and partnership opportunities.
5. Develop strategies for project management, process improvement, and organizational learning.
Essential Knowledge & Experience
* Significant experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, particularly in medical affairs project management or operations.
* Strong background in project management within healthcare, especially in product development or medical operations.
* Deep understanding of global drug development and lifecycle management.
* Excellent negotiation and influencing skills for effective change management.
* Proven ability to collaborate effectively across a global organization.
Education/Qualifications
* MS Degree or equivalent.
Additional Information
* This is a full-time, permanent position.
* Location: UK office (Addlestone).
* Role follows our hybrid working model, requiring some days in the office. Candidates must be within commuting distance.
