In this role, you will liaise with customers to help them with their queries, schedule maintenance and installation, advise them on lead times, monitor the inbox, ensure that the quotes are sent to the relevant department, and record any activities on the system.
The Role:
1. Monitoring the inbox and assisting customers
2. Filling quotes
3. Recording activities
4. Monday to Thursday 8am - 4.30pm and Friday 8am - 3.15pm
The Person:
Helpdesk Coordinator or similar, commutable to Birkenhead.
