Mechanical Project Manager
Location: South West England (Field & Remote-Based)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £70,000 + Car Allowance/Company Vehicle + Bonus + Benefits
The Opportunity:
We are looking for a highly organised and experienced Mechanical Project Manager to take the lead on delivering multiple commercial projects across the South West. You'll be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle — from planning and procurement through to delivery and handover — ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong mechanical background and proven project leadership experience in the commercial sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the delivery of multiple mechanical projects across commercial sites (office buildings, retail units, schools, healthcare, etc.)
2. Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
3. Oversee site progress, quality control, health & safety, and compliance
4. Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring expectations are met
