Responsibilities:
1. Transformation / change management / project experience with a focus on Capital Markets initiatives to address regulatory, audit, risk and control and / or risk management issues
2. Front to back working knowledge of Markets business and products and / or regulatory capital, Market Risk and Finance (Product Control)
3. Drive analysis, requirements gathering and design forums as required
4. Management of test phases, making use of tools including JIRA
5. Ability to influence and build collaborative relationships across Global Markets front-to-back stakeholders, e.g., trading desk, finance, operations, technology, risk management
6. Assist in ensuring that all target state tools, processes and controls are socialized effectively and are approved at or by the appropriate governance forum or level
7. Manage internal and external dependencies across initiatives, including working closely with Risk Managers, Product Owners, Front Office, Product Control and Technology teams
8. Identify challenges and proactively seek to resolve or escalate risk and issues in a timely and well-articulated manner to the projects by engaging relevant stakeholders and PMs
9. Engage senior stakeholders continuously by escalating and resolving issues as they arise
10. Produce accurate and insightful project update materials and artifacts, tailoring to various forums and committees
11. Build strong relationships, adopting a joined up approach, to support the execution of programs
12. Experience analyzing large datasets using SQL and Excel is a plus
Skills Required:
1. Experience with FRTB specifically around FX Delta and FX Risk management
2. Experience with trading, risk and P&L flows
3. Strong & proven track record in strategic project management and delivering complex solutions are essential
4. Has significant experience in Capital Markets Transformation
5. Significant experience in scoping, developing and prioritizing plans for strategic initiatives
6. Excellent oral and written communications skills; must be articulate and persuasive with the judgement and authority to provide insightful commentary to senior stakeholders
7. A solid understanding of mechanisms to track and communicate performance
8. Ability to drive change to business practices by working effectively across a global organization and understand different perspectives
9. Thought leadership in target state design through engaging stakeholders at various levels of the organization
10. Demonstrated analytical skills with follow-up and problem solving capability
11. Minimum of 10 years of project management experience
12. Minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience
