Job Description
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Social Media Graduate to join our growing Digital team. The Social Media Graduate will support with the implementation of the social media strategy across our Worcester Bosch, Worcester Bosch Professional and Bosch Commercial channels. Day-to-Day the Social Media Graduate will be responsible for ensuring all our channels are managed and updated regularly with creative and engaging content, as well as promoting our brand, products and services, and growing audience engagement.
As a Social Media Graduate you will be creatively driven to produce content that is right for social media, and demonstrate strong communication to manage stakeholder expectations and represent the brand publicly. As part of the Digital team you will support on campaigns from a social and digital perspective, developing an understanding of the journey of a customers from social media through to interactions and sales.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Support – assisting with all aspects of the day-to-day running of the Worcester Bosch Social Media channels, including supporting the with planning, development, execution, optimisation and performance reporting. Liaising with the wider marketing team to understand and gather information on current topics to help build a full social media content plan.
Community management – monitor and respond to communications from our social media channels, supporting the Customer Care and Technical teams to ensure all queries are answered in a timely and engaging way.
Content creation – capture content using internal and external stakeholders to create engaging stories. Use editing software such as adobe, CapCut etc. to edit content to meet social media specification. You will be liaising with stakeholders to find opportunities for content creation and work with wider teams to make sure information is to a technical and accurate standard.
Competitor analysis – keep on top of the social media landscape both from a broader view and monitoring our close competitor’s activity. Use this knowledge to help update and improve our own social media content.
Qualifications
Our ideal candidate must have:
* Hold a relevant degree such as Marketing, Digital Communications or equivalent.
* Have a good understanding of all social media channels including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
* Have an interest and knowledge in creating content for social media channels
* Strong IT skills
Our ideal candidate should have:
* Have experience using social scheduling tools
* Have experience creating and editing video and static content for social media
* Be able to show previous examples of social media content creation work
* Good analytical skills and ability to report on post performance
* Strong creative drive and keenness to explore new ideas
* Proactive mindset and flexible approach to ways of working
* Hold a full UK Driving License – some UK travel will be expected

Working Hours :
39 hours per week; Mon – Thurs 08.00 - 17.00 and Fri 08.00 - 16.00 with a 1 hour unpaid lunchbreak
