My client is a reputable and busy Portsmouth office looking for a Legal Secretary, Assistant, or Paralegal to join their hardworking team.
The Paralegal would typically undertake the following tasks:
1. Supporting the team with clients, lenders, agents, and other solicitors.
2. Carrying out and reporting on searches.
3. Preparing bills and completion statements.
4. Using Proclaim to generate standard letters and documents.
5. Depending on their level, they may deal with enquiries or require dictation at the outset.
They would need to use their own initiative, but full training could be given to the right person if they don’t have conveyancing experience or are looking for the next step up.
