We are looking for a front of house administrator to join our team In this vital role, you'll welcome visitors, assist colleagues, and support the facilities team in maintaining a secure, well-kept environment. As the first point of contact, you'll manage visitor bookings, prepare meeting rooms, and ensure our office spaces are always at their best. Your role will also include handling building queries, liaising with suppliers, managing security access, and assisting with procurement to ensure efficiency and value. You'll take on a variety of responsibilities, from supporting health and safety checks and document management to coordinating supplies and onboarding new colleagues. Flexibility and strong organisational skills are essential as you balance competing priorities and occasionally support other office locations. This role is available as a 5 month fixed term contract working 20 hours pre week (Mon-Fri, 11:00-15:00). You'll be based from our office in Lichfield, WS13 6WA.
