Position: Business Development Manager (BDM) Location: UK & Ireland (Remote with regular travel) Reports to: UK&I Country Leader Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our expanding UK&I team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for JCI. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for analytics and a proven track record in business development. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities within relevant sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients. Manage CRM and sales reporting to ensure accurate tracking of sales activities and performance. Qualifications Proven experience in a B2B sales or business development role, preferably within technology or related industries. Strong understanding of the relevant landscape preferred but not essential. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
