Book Keeper Required

Key role and responsibilities for our Book Keeper:
Maintain accurate up-to-date financial records
Reconcile transactions using Xero software
Liaising with suppliers to correct invoices as required
Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve any billing queries
Support the financial Director with ad-hoc jobs
Minimum requirements for the Book Keeper:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good working knowledge of Xero accounting software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proven experience as a bookkeeper
Ability to work towards deadlines and manage own work schedule
Pay rate £.
Working hours:
2 days a week flexible on days ( 1 day in the office )
