2. Updating Corporate records and database.
3. Ensuring all secretarial compliances/filings are done within statutory deadlines.
4. Maintaining and updating work trackers on a regular basis.

We are currently recruiting for an HR Advisor to support our schools across the Barnet area, delivering HR support services both remotely and onsite. This role is varied and engaging, covering all aspects of HR support from day-to-day queries to handling grievances and disciplinaries. You will develop close relationships with your client base and be their subject matter expert on HR queries.

We are looking for someone with hands-on HR experience who is comfortable working with the client to deliver performance development reviews, disciplinaries, and where necessary, tribunals.
As this role covers schools in the Barnet area, we are looking for someone that lives within 50 miles of Barnet and has access to their own transport. All travel is expensed, and when you aren’t onsite with the client, you will be home-based.
