The successful candidate will handle a diverse range of conveyancing matters while benefiting from a strong infrastructure, expert colleagues, and a clear path for professional development. Key Responsibilities: Managing a full caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing matters, ensuring high standards of client care and efficiency. Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and other property transactions. Providing expert legal advice while working closely with clients, estate agents, and lenders. Contributing to the continued growth and success of the conveyancing department within this highly respected firm. Supervising and mentoring junior team members where required. Requirements: A qualified Solicitor (5 years PQE), Licensed Conveyancer (CLC), or Chartered Legal Executive with extensive experience in conveyancing. Proven ability to handle a busy, high-quality caseload with minimal supervision. Excellent communication and client management skills.
