As a Customer Team Leader at Co-op, you'll be responsible for coaching and supervising our Customer Team Members, delivering great customer service, and performing a wide range of tasks around the store. Our ideal candidate has strong organisational and problem-solving skills, and is passionate about developing their leadership skills.
