This is a highly visible position where you will be instrumental in the growth of the business through increasing European sales. Reporting to the MD, this is a senior business development role with hands on responsibility for winning new business and identifying opportunities with existing customers. Success in this role will not just be recognised financially through the generous commission scheme, but also through positional growth within the company.
Head of Sales and Strategic Partnerships - Duties:
* Identifying, qualifying, and building strategic partnerships with key players in the industry, with the objectives of closing/growing business and achieving financial targets.
* Build on existing European customer relationships, creating sales plans to exploit all opportunities for growth.
* Cultivating new business through a solution selling approach and reaching commercial agreements to on-board them as new customers.
* Identifying, engaging and developing new top-tier prospect accounts to create sales pipeline to meet growth expectations.
