Our client has an excellent new opportunity for a self-motivated Data Analyst Co-Ordinator to work within their Digital department supporting the E-Commerce Manager in the delivery of the core business strategy for their CRM and other digital platforms within the team's remit. You will be highly proactive, taking full ownership of your work while thriving in a collaborative team environment. With multiple projects running simultaneously, you will independently set daily goals to contribute effectively to the broader E-Commerce objectives. Our client is seeking those, ideally with some experience in a customer-focused environment, who possess strong analytical skills and the ability to interrogate and interpret data effectively. Primary Responsibilities: Support the testing of developments on CRM and other digital systems in the E-Commerce team. Support the onboarding of members and suppliers on to the digital systems. Demonstrate and promote the digital platforms to members and suppliers. Support the key account management of members and suppliers on the CRM. Analyse and report on data from the CRM and other digital systems within the company. Work with all departments to enable a more data driven approach across the whole business. Maintain all reporting and provide feedback on the data analysed. Work with suppliers and members to interact, keep up to date, and download product data. Integrate data streams to understand and highlight trend in the data. Support the digital team by responding to raised tickets. Work independently and as part of a team on key departmental projects & initiatives. Work closely with other departments within the business to increase exposure of the digital platforms. What We're Looking For Preferably educated to Graduate level/similar qualification or qualified by experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Proficient in E-Commerce systems & platforms. The ability to interrogate and analyse data independently. Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Excellent communication skills Capable of working under pressure to meet necessary deadlines and initiatives. Able to work independently without supervision and demonstrate strong decision-making skills. The ability to demonstrate strong planning and organisational skills.
