Are you a Marketing Business Development Manager with strong experience in helping a business develop and implement a marketing strategy focusing on increasing brand awareness and generating strong leads? I am incredibly excited to be working with a small but agile design agency that specialises in the FMCG sector as they begin the search for their first sales and marketing person. This is a permanent role which can be part-time or full-time with a salary up to £50k DOE and Prorate. Our client has a beautiful office in Cheltenham and is fully open to hybrid working. We just ask that you can commit to being in the office 1-3 days per week.

The Role
As Marketing Business Development Manager, you will develop and execute an integrated marketing and sales strategy to elevate their brand and tell their story. The role involves advising on marketing channels, running targeted campaigns, and driving lead generation and new business opportunities.
About You
To succeed, you should have:
* Previous agency experience
* Experience in developing and managing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and leads
* Understanding target markets and working on strategies to attract and convert potential clients
* Experience managing integrated marketing across various channels (brand, content, social media, email, events, PR)
* A passion for content creation for social media, blogs, press releases, etc.
* Skills in nurturing prospects through the sales funnel
* Event management experience and identifying market opportunities for events, workshops, and seminars
