This is a great opportunity for someone to work at the forefront of a great E-Commerce business with big growth plans Please see below for further details: Job Title: Sales AdministratorLocation: Chipping Campden Salary: £24,000 per annumJob Type: Monday-Friday 8-5 Key Responsibilities:• Provide comprehensive sales support to the customers on the phone and face to face• Answer and manage incoming telephone calls to process orders whilst processing orders online so the ability to switch between tasks is essential• Ensuring accuracy and timely delivery when booking freight• Meet and greet customers, providing a friendly and professional first point of contact• Assist with the preparation of sales quotes and proposals• Maintain and update customer records and follow up sample orders to convert sales• Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team when required• Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly• Assist in organising and coordinating sales events and promotional events• Pack samples correctly and efficiently Skills Required • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.• Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.• Experience of using a web-based platform like Magento would be advantageous Please get in touch for further details
