We're seeking a highly experienced and ambitious New Business Lead to join our team and make a significant impact on our growth trajectory. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving new client acquisition, building strategic partnerships, and positioning our Content, Experience, and Cloud solutions as the go-to choice for leading brands. Your proven ability to navigate the full sales cycle, craft compelling pitches and proposals, and foster strong vendor/partner relationships will be critical to your success. You'll have the opportunity to work on bespoke deals, leverage your deep understanding of cloud solutions and content/experience platforms, driving growth throughout the business. What you’ll be doing: Strategic Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with our Cloud, Content & Experience capabilities. Leading all aspects of pitching and closing opportunities, including RFI and RFP submission preparation, commercials and leading presentations. Develop and execute innovative business development strategies to exceed revenue targets. Sustain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through partnership-generated leads and tailored conversion strategies. Vendor Partnership Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key technology vendors, including Azure, Sitecore, GCP and AWS. Collaborate with vendor partners to generate leads, co-create go-to-market strategies, and capitalize on joint business opportunities. Prospect Relationships: Establish, build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives and decision-makers at potential clients. Proactively target and connect with target account prospects, through outreach, industry events, corporate hospitality and strategic vendor partnerships. Understand client needs and customize our offerings to deliver exceptional value and address complex business challenges. Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and delivery, to ensure a seamless prospect experience. Lead pitch presentations, proposals, and negotiations with potential clients. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Manage, monitor and report on pipeline on a regular basis through internal Salesforce instance. Provide updates as required to the Growth leadership on progress and blockers. What we want from you: Extensive sales experience within Cloud, Content & Experience technologies. Entrepreneurial attitude to sourcing and converting new business. Proven track record in driving net new deals and achieving sales targets and business growth. In-depth knowledge and previous experience establishing relationships with prospective decision-makers across Cloud, Content & Experience technologies. Track record of establishing relationships with Azure, GCP, AWS and Sitecore partnership and sales teams Proven experience in building and presenting successful pitches and proposals. Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans for growth. Negotiation Skills: Extensive experience in negotiation and influencing, with the ability to close high-value deals. Leadership and Teamwork: Previous experience in leading and collaborating effectively with diverse teams to deliver high quality pitches. Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose client needs and craft innovative solutions. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to changing priorities. Analytical Ability: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends to drive decision-making.
