I'm currently recruiting for a Client Services Administrator to join a well-established client in BS1 on a full-time, temporary basis ( with the possibility for extension). The role is to start in the next couple of weeks, with an hourly rate of £13.22. The hours are 9am-5pm. Key responsibilities: Resolving complex customer service issues Answering incoming phone calls in a timely and professional manner Servicing, filing and organise the mailbox Responding to email queries efficiently Bringing problems to light and preventing their reoccurrence Monitoring accuracy of database information Identifying strategies to improve quality of service Inputting and filing forms correctly and efficiently Assisting on any other strategic projects as required Key traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Previous customer service experience Ability to problem-solve Excellent attention to detail both written and oral Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software Target driven, with previous experience of working with KPIs
