Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Hiring Marketing and Digital talent across the UK
Central Employment are working with a growing Managed Service provider to the North East SME sector, as they look to expand their internal support team, with the appointment of a Service Desk Team Leader.
Key duties of the Service Desk Team Leader:
* Maintain high performing Service Support functions including IT Service Desk, and internal IT System in line with Departmental KPI’s.
* Monitor, control, and support service delivery ensuring systems, methodologies and procedures are in place and followed.
* Support the Technical Team ensuring all customer SLA’s are met, changing and implement standard process to bring necessary improvement as required.
* Suggest improvements of process including implementing changes in our internal CRM / Helpdesk System.
* Be accountable for the quality of Service and Performance, ensuring future demand from growth is understood and recommendations made for adequate staffing.
* Drive internal and third-party supplier service review meetings covering performance, service improvements, quality, and process.
* Identify skill gaps within the Service Department and rectify with training / new staff in line with the Service Budget.
* Manage Departmental resource ensuring adequate staffing and cover for Service Desk and Project Delivery.
Experience required:
* Exposure of monitoring a busy service desk, 1st & 2nd line support
* Technical ability in:
* Office 365
* Windows Server
* Networking routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
* IT Service Management - Helpdesk systems and ITIL-based processes
