Assist in the implementation of the National Curriculum across Key Stage 2 (KS2) and Reception. Provide one-to-one and small group support to students, ensuring they remain engaged and achieve their potential. Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment in the classroom and around the school. Liaise with parents, carers, and external professionals to provide updates on student progress. Support the overall running of the classroom, collaborating with the Class Teacher to adapt learning materials where necessary. Required Skills and Experience: We are looking for an SEN TA with: A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in a relevant field. Previous UK school experience, ideally within a Primary School setting. Knowledge of the National Curriculum and experience working with Key Stage 2 (KS2) or Reception pupils. A calm and patient approach to managing challenging behaviour and supporting children with diverse needs. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A passion for working with children and helping them succeed.
