Commercial Operations Specialist - UK&I
Job Description
In the role of Commercial Operations Specialist, you will be a part of a Western European team, tasked with supporting our account management team within the UK. This role will suit an early in career candidate who is self-motivated, eager to deliver impact and develop their career in a global organization and who is comfortable with high levels of administrative tasks. This is a hybrid role which means working at the office in Farnborough (Hampshire) at least 3 days per week.

You will report to the Sales Operations Leader Western Europe (with a dotted line into one of UK Channel Leaders in the Sales team) and will be responsible for:
1. Support in the yearly renewal of our customer contracts: ensuring the proper approval- and signature flow for our annual agreement are followed.
2. Support in ensuring proper pay-outs of rebates to our retailers.
3. The execution of our short term and brand promotions within our framework and ensuring promotions are properly confirmed to our customers.
4. Generation of retailer specific pricelists based on the contractual conditions according to our annual agreement.
5. Following up on claims raised by our customers and ensuring they are handled promptly and correctly.
6. Act as the owner of one of the aforementioned processes and drive continuous improvement in this process by analyzing metrics and engaging with stakeholders and supporting functions.
7. Do zone specific tasks required by commercial leadership.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following:
1. A relevant academic background
2. You will be comfortable with administrative tasks and supporting our customer facing sales team with relevant insights and information
3. You will be able to build strong relationships with the local sales team (in Farnborough) as well as the regional Commercial Operations team who are based in Western Europe
4. Project management
5. Presentation and communication skills
6. The ability to interpret data and numbers
7. The ability to work with multiple software packages
8. The ability to administer precisely
9. Stakeholder management
