Key Responsibilities:
* In collaboration with the regional and high-end SME, he/she will oversee the sales performance measurement and monitoring, high-end experience, and customer requests including bespoke projects.
* Perfectly anticipates, prepares, and organizes exclusive high-ticket presentations and client previews.
* Formulate an agile platform to share synergies and expertise (business intelligence).
* Drive the HE allocation strategy for the local market with merchandising partner in the forecast, assortment, and logistics. Fill the gap between marketing knowledge, workflow to business impact.
* Client intelligence and knowledge to complete the holistic thinking of retail approach.
Ultimate High-End Client Experience:
* Provide direction on high-level strategy with the HE expert team in achieving high-end targets.
* Analyze all relevant high-end KPIs and implement all necessary actions with the aim of elevating client engagement and boosting overall sales performance.
* Creation and cultivation of exceptional client experience and pampering to ensure high-end clients recruitment, retention, and reactivation, through close collaboration with marketing counterpart.
* Create and animate high-end experience and engagement touchpoints with high-end targets on bespoke, remote presentation, international and regional event experiences to high-end clients.
* Provide feedback on competition, market trends, and client feedback regarding our creations.
High-End Client Relationship & Portfolio Development:
* Establish action plans and strategies to increase and develop his/her client base, in collaboration with local and regional HJ team, to treat existing high-ticket clients, upgrade high potentials, and regain lost clients.
* Efficiently develop the client portfolio, notably through networking outside the boutique.
* Grow HJ business through partnership with external parties/other division collaboration. Work in partnership with Marketing manager (HE) in exploring partnerships and collaborations with external partners: auction houses, art galleries, private clubs, hotels, department stores.
* Work with HE mobile expert to capture business opportunities.
* Leverage with Watches & Premium Jewellery business and develop a healthy ecosystem for customer upgrade.
High-End Community Animation:
* Grow and give direction to the HE community, aiming to increase the level of HE competence in areas of client experience, relationship building, and lifestyle experience such as art and culture content.
* In-depth knowledge and connection to arts & culture; inspire and infuse team on art & culture and collectibles including different cultures around the world, charity, ballet, music, auction, etc.
* Animate the community, design, and implement gatherings to achieve different milestones together. Help to execute CRM regular dashboard using the provided template.
* Strategize the HE community, track sales and KPIs for retail performance manager to action and provide constructive feedback to senior retail manager.
Role Specifications:
Academic / Professional Qualifications:
* University graduate.
Work Experience:
* 10+ years working experience in CRM/business development, either luxury field or other high-end industry.
* High Jewelry business exposure is essential.
* Experience in luxury retail/client-centric role is preferred.
* Previous experience in merchandising of luxury goods and service-related industry preferred.
