You'll join an established Service Desk function who provide only the very best tech support to end-users - ensuring that any issues are resolved efficiently and only to the highest of standards.They're a super well-known and reputation firm with great reputation within their industry.You'll bring commercial exposure within 1st Line Support - You'll follow established processes to ensure service quality and overall user satisfaction. You'll also keep your hand in, assisting in user on boarding and providing guidance to promote self service and reduce recurring issues.Not only will you deliver outstanding levels of service; but you will play a key role in enhancing service operations, support compliance and ensure overall customer satisfaction!As an individual - I am looking for a confident, charismatic individual who strives to deliver only the best level of service at all times. Whilst you might not tick all aspects of the technical exposure we are looking for; it's more about that you are engaging, confident & extremely personable.
