Electrical Project Manager – Commercial Build (North London)\nOur client is a well-established and expanding M&E subcontractor with a strong presence across commercial, pharmaceutical, and data centre projects in the UK and Europe.\nDue to a new commercial build secured in North London, we are now seeking an experienced Electrical Project Engineer to join the on-site team. This is a permanent opportunity offering long-term career progression with a company that invests in its people.\nResponsibilities:\nPrepare method statements and risk assessments in collaboration with the construction team.\nProduce front-end studies, including capital cost estimates, project schedules, material take-offs, and tender schedules.\nCompile and analyse technical and contract documentation for tendering.\nMonitor and update delivery schedules to support site operations.\nUse the RFI system to clarify design queries with the Design team.\nTrack progress against the construction programme and produce regular progress reports.\nDevelop short-term look-ahead programmes to assist with planning and production.\nCarry out inspections, snagging, and ensure quality control standards are met.\nManage document control processes and maintain accurate records.\nRequirements:\nProven experience in an Electrical Project Management role within the construction or M&E sector.\nStrong commercial understanding and awareness.\nKnowledge of Health, Safety & Environmental systems.\nAbility to identify and manage team strengths and development areas.\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.\nCommitment to continuous professional development.\nOn Offer:\nCompetitive salary (circa £100k - £110k) depending on experience.\nA permanent position on a high-profile commercial project in North London.\nComprehensive Health & Wellbeing support including mental health initiatives, an Employee Assistance Programme, and a dedicated Wellbeing Network.\nStructured career development plans with clear progression opportunities
