Responsibilities:
1. Managing multiple eDiscovery matters including day-to-day engagement with instructing team members and liaising with stakeholders.
2. Processing data (in Relativity and/or Nuix).
3. Moving data into Relativity.
4. Running searches across Relativity.
5. Creating review batches and coding layouts in Relativity.
6. Preparing productions and exports from Relativity.
7. Supporting legal review teams with their review workflows.
8. Maintaining the integrity of data, including evidence handling, processing, and data tracking.
9. Liaising with other team members to ensure that correct solutions and processes are implemented.
10. Acting as the bridge between junior and senior team members.
11. Proactively QCing junior team members' work.
12. Ensuring internal procedures around quality control are being followed.
13. Collaborating with managers to design and implement defensible workflows.
14. Reporting on the progress of assigned tasks in a concise and timely way.
15. Advising on eDiscovery processes and protocols.
16. Maintaining financial hygiene to ensure time recording is accurate and up to date.
17. Troubleshooting problems and liaising with software providers as needed.
18. Assisting with reporting, billing, and other team administration tasks.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
1. 4-5+ years' eDiscovery experience (law firm or service provider).
2. Deep understanding and practical day-to-day use of eDiscovery technology, specifically Relativity and Nuix.
3. Strong documentation and communication skills.
4. Experience working within a similar team at the required level.
5. Expertise supporting document reviews and case work.
6. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
7. Able to manage and resolve problems effectively.
