Alma Personnel are recruiting on behalf of their Birmingham based accounting client for an experienced Client Tax Manager to join their busy team heading up your team delivering the best client service.
You will need to be of senior level accounting (ACA/ACCA) with full knowledge of accounts preparation for clients of all types, including Ltd, LLP, and self-employed, as well as being well versed in UK tax laws, self-assessments, VAT, PAYE, and capital gains.
At this level in the organization, you will be working very closely with the lead director, supporting their clients and relationships.
Duties:
1. Grow client relationships, providing proactive tax and accounting advice.
2. Own a portfolio of clients and service them with the best advice and support.
3. Assist with driving the business forward, contributing to its increased profitability.
Experience:
1. Minimum of 2 years ACA/ACCA qualified experience.
2. Excellent accountancy practice skills.
3. Experience with cloud-based accounting systems.
