Job Title: Project Executive
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Project Executive to support the function and delivery of the Projects Department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Planning and Coordination: Plan and schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes to ensure smooth project execution.
* Documentation and Communication: Keep project documentation updated, draft and distribute project reports, and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
* Team Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with project team members and external stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery.
* Engagement and Monitoring: Monitor project member engagement, provide monthly updates to the projects and membership departments, and encourage attendance and contribution to project activities.
Requirements:
* Admin Experience: Approximately 1-3 years of administrative experience, with a preference for experience in the FinTech industry.
* Writing and Communication Skills: Excellent writing abilities, attention to detail, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
* Organizational Skills: Outstanding time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work as part of a team and manage key relationships.
* Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead and support all stakeholders.
